พอดีไปเจอมาอันหนึ่งครับ file not found เค้าบอกว่าไม่มีสิทธิ์ใน path ที่ติดตั้งเป็น read/write access พอดีเคยเจอเหมือนกันกับอีกกรณีหนึ่งที่เปิด Notes Client แล้วขึ้นว่าหา id ไม่เจอพอให้ Network Admin มาแก้ให้ก็เข้าได้เลยเกิดจาก window policy กำหนด permission ในเครื่อง user ไม่ได้ให้สิทธิ์ในการอ่านไฟล์ในเครื่องครับ วิธิเช็คคื่อให้ลองไปดู folder ที่ติดตั้ง Lotus Workflow Viewer กับ Lotus Notes Client คลิกเมาส์ขวาแล้วดูที่ property=>security แล้วดูว่ามีชื่อเราหรือ Group ที่มีชื่อเราอยู่หรือมีสิทธิ์เป็น read/write หรือเปล่าครับ Lotus Workflow Viewer 7 Issue: When a Workflow participant tries to install the Lotus Workflow Viewer to a drive that has only read access, the Notes client will report a "File not found" error. Workaround: The Workflow participant should make sure that the target drive has read/write access. [GJEK4KLUYT
